If you live in one of the homes AWAY from trees, you shouldn't have a problem. However, I lived right on the wooded lot, and had major problems with mold, termites, and other little bugs. Maintenance was very impressive, and it was also done in a very timely manner. Despite the bugs, I loved living in this nice quiet neighborhood. It was very dog friendly as well.
