Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The townhomes are nice, the property is beautiful. However, they do seem to be overpriced. Also, a word of warning: when you give notice for leaving the apt, BE SURE to get the notice signed by someone in mgt. I turned my notice in with my rent check 60 days in advance and when it came time to move, they claim they never saw the notice I included in with my rent check (although my rent check was cashed VERY quickly.) Now I'm stuck with 2 additional months of rent in order to comply with the lease. BEWARE.
