Terrible front office service

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
These people DO NOT know what they are doing, rude, unresponsive, ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW THROUGH! My toilet has been running for 10 days, still no maintenance, bathroom sink clogged...they keep telling me they will be right over to fix it! But they sure are quick when the rent or lease is due. OVERALL, don't count on customer service 'cause it just ain't gonna happen.
