Legacy Point is a great place to live. The electric bills are a little high but I live in a 3 story townhouse. You get what you pay for. I think that the management change that happened last year at the end of the year was positive. The managerr always seems happy and glad that I come in to say hello. Maintenance is good too. i have never waited more than a day to get a work order completed.
