So you come there for a visit and think wow this looks nice, but after living there for one day i have a laundry list of complaints!! Fist off what is with the electric bill, there has got to be something done about this!! Every toilet clogs every time its flushed, The building must have been built by 3 year olds, everthing is off, there are no straight lines in this place..Cheap labor gets you a cheap townhome..My ceiling leaks from the patio that is compleatly covered with water that doesnt drain. OH AND DONT LET ME FORGET..the ac/heater unit, SHAKES THE WHOLE UPSTAIRS>>I DIDNT ASK FOR A VIBRATING BED!!!! Could this place be any worse!! Honestly, id rather live in a trailor!! This place sucks..i still live here and am going to start requesting everything be done that i want..AND SOMETHING MUST BE DONE ABOUT THE ELECTRIC BILL..only good thing about this place is the fact that i only rent and can move out soon!!!
