I have lived in a 2 bedroom 2 car gargage town home since Aug 2005. The complex is older but the property is kept up. I lived on Morgan Woodward Way which is in the back so it was quiet and peaceful for me. Our town home had to units one for the 2nd level and one for the 3rd so we didn't have any heating problems. The bills were higher than what I had before (200 in winter to nearly 300 in summer)but I excepted this cost having two units. The back of the propery is very wooded, so if you don't like insect and other nature this is probably not the property for you. I how ever enjoyed feeding the humming birds, and the ants if I saw a trail starting to form I would hit them myself with Raid and they were gone. Same with the spider's webs, just dusted off my patio chairs and they were good to go!! Whatever broke down maintance alwasy cameto fix. Never had a problem with management because I never had to go in there for any problems.(The maintaince hot line is seperate and we don't bother them with those resquest)The fitness center is small so I didn't use it much and the laudry faucilty is tiny but mostly everyone in the townhomes have washers and dryers. I must say that I don't not like the apartments on the property, they seem over priced, don't have any views(like the woods or river)and there seems to be alot of traffic around them. But as I stated I live in the back and It is peacful there. The pool is nice to look at with the waterfall but I never really used it(Huricane Harbor is right around the corner). All in all I like the location, close to restaurants and other shopping. I am only moving because my roommate is leaving town and now I need a one bedroom (and has I wrote early I don't care for there apartments here) but I would recomend a townhome in the back. :)
