Looks great from Green Oaks, quiet too, but that is the extent of it. Office help is OK except for one ----- that calls herself asst mgr. Maintaince guys are always friendly, they just can't keep up. I have had something break, leak or fail every month. This past winter I froze while the heater ran perpetually....$300 electric bill. Swimming pool looks great but is too cold to swim in. Personal planters stolen from my porch was the last straw.

But hey, they have 3-day-a-week curb trash pick-up.

CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT, DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM OF LEGACY POINT TOWNHOMES!!!!!!!!!
