When we first moved here, management was wonderful and always responded quickly to any request. Now, new management has come in and have completely turned this beautiful community into the ghetto. Horrible service, loud neighbors, insect problems. Pool is always dirty and full of people that I don't even think live here. It's just a shame that this new management has come in and destroyed any value these apartments had. It is true what the previous comment stated about the signs posted all over the front of the community. Our lease is up soon and we are SO GLAD to be moving out, but feel SO BAD for anyone who moves in. Please, if you are looking for a quiet, friendly, safe community and have a family, DON'T RENT HERE!!! STAY AWAY!!! I promise you will regret ever signing that lease.

The new management does suck. Ever since they took over the complex has gone down. This complex is going down hill.

I will have to agree. I just opened my water/trash bill and noticed that it jumped $20.00 in one month. We get charged 5 a month for pesticide. The rent went up by $100 a month. The only reason we're staying the one extra year is because we know we'll have a house by the expiration of the lease. I advise strongly against moving here.
