I have a 12 month lease & wish there was a way out. This place has been nothing but problems. Management staff is rude not helpful at all. Management will be nice & kind until you sign the lease. They need a grammy for their acting skills. Txu is making killing off the residence because of the super high bill. Legacy Point must be getting some kind of kick back. Ok we pay monthly for pest control, but we have all kind of bugs in the apartment. Yes they come and spray what I think is water.
Let's talk about the dirty & bug infested swimming pool. The pool is small and its never clean. You would think that the pool was a lake. Have you ever saw a swimming pool with black water'
I would expect more for what I'm paying in rent.

This is highly exagerrated. The pool is dirty, don't get that wrong, but the water is far from black. It's a nice pool, someone just need to run a vacuum along the bottom.
