There was a Murder on Scout Vista and the management company is trying to cover it up. Be careful, not as safe and secure as they proclaim.

This is highly exagerrated. The pool is dirty, don't get that wrong, but the water is far from black. It's a nice pool, someone just need to run a vacuum along the bottom.

That is true, there was a murder. I have also heard gunshots. There are many snakes. The club house is also dangerous, there were 4 thefts in the last 6 months in which the flat screen tv's were stolen. Also, there seems to be drug usage in the club house. They covered up the jacuzzi because it didn't pass state inspection. The ameneties include a computer and conference room that is locked to its tenants. Worst of all, do not place any complaints to April, Brandy or Elenor since all they will tell you is to call the cops. They all say the owner states there is no money for repairs or update on any of their decade old appliances and less to repair the consistent leaks inside the homes. Once your contract is up, they will raise your rent by more than $200. The place was an up-class neigborhood, now it is nothing more than a ghetto.
