DON'T BOTHER

I've lived here for 6 years and was perfectly happy. Since the new management company took over in January 2008, the place is falling apart. Don't sign a contract, because as written you cannot get out of it. Also make sure you keep a copy because the current management will try to nickel and dime you about everything. If you do sign here, don't accept management's requests (late fees, grace periods, and small balance reminders) to be in accordance with your lease. I'd say get a lawyer, I have.
Since March 2008, the pool has a huge hole in the deck and was closed by the city of Arlington for a month (the hole is still there), the hot tub has been closed for 3 months and even if it opened I wouldn't get in it. Once again the city of Arlington closed both pool and hot tub.
Prior to this new management team, non-emergency repairs were done in 1-2 days. Since January I've not had any repair done within a month. I'm still dealing with a mold issue in the bathroom and that's been since April. And the management company is just plain RUDE,INFLEXIBLE and UNHELPFUL.
And of course the electric bills are outrageous, but it was worth the minor sacrifice when this place worth living in. I still have 6 months left and I'm sure I'll be writing further bad reviews. I'd say STAY AWAY, RUN IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
