Lived here over ten years. Property has gone down hill significantly in last two years. Current ownership/management appears to be approving anyone who is breathing. Never had any negative neighbor issues until latest tenant who has parked a yacht in the driveway, plays stereo at ear-splitting decibel level at 3AM, leaves dogs barking on patio and open trash containers on driveway. I am living on Tobacco Road despite a large rent increase at last renewal. Mainenance requests have to be repeated in a complaining manner to accomplish any result. Management condescends when maintenance requests are submitted. When I complained that hot air was blowing through the A/C vents I was told the vents were not placed in optimum locations. When I complained that rust colored water was flowing from the A/C overflow into the bathtub I was told it was normal. Everything said in previous reviews is true regarding the condition of the property, outdated appliances, etc. There will be no further renewals. If there is nothing better in Arlington, then goodbye Arlington.
