I've lived here for about 2 years now and I found this to be a great place to live! Yes, I've experienced the rent increase and for a while my electric bill was high, but I went out and bought energy saving light bulbs and I'm saving enough to see a difference on my bill! I feel you pay for what you get and I love my home and I love all the new activities the new company is bringing to the community! So, to be honest I wasnt gonna renew my lease.....but I did and I'm gonna give them a chance to show me something different!

You're an idiot and work for Connor Group (coincidence? I think not). Replacing light bulbs for more efficient (less power) is not going to significantly change you're electricity usage. It is your appliances (A/C, refridgerator, etc.) that can make a significant change. Go back to your ---- job at Connor Group, troll.
