Legacy Point Townhomes

The electric bills are outrageous, and that's because the townhomes are not well constructed or insulated. After the management change, the complex seems to be always desperate to get new tenants, all of a sudden, "move-in special" posters were placed at the entrance and a guy in a chicken suit advertising the apartments at the entrance. These were high end apartments at one point, now its the ghetto. Dog poop all over the place, we've complained several times yet they don't do anything about it. Shady people are now seen all over the complex along with the trash that is not picked up. I enjoyed living here now I can't wait to get out. Parking can be an issue because you have 4 people living in one townhome who aren't on the lease. The rent has gone up significantly, its just not worth paying that much to live here. It's sad to see that a management company can destroy a beautiful complex like this.

So true, I could not believe a place like Legacy Point would have a chicken promoting their property. I wish that chicken was out when I sign my lease. I would have ran and not have sign the lease. I still believe management is getting a kickback from the eletric company. I have a two bedroom apartment my eletric bill is 240.00 a month and I live alone. Imagine that!
