Faulty plumbing and terrible insulation (High Electric) Not worth It!!!! no hot tub

KELVIN COLLINS:Legacy Point is a Complete rip off with faulty plumbing and terrible insulation, My electric bill there was 384 in december (I live alone and was on vacation for a week) along with an $80 water bill. NOT Only that, I was lied to about the amenities in a 1 bedroom they had available I (foolishly) resigned with them. Before I moved In, I saw that the apt did not have the fireplace, cabinetry, veiw or windows likened to the one I had. the rent had also went up $125 to stay in my same apt. I was paying Nearly $1600 a month for my bills and I live alone, AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY $3000 FOR AN APARTMENT I NEVER LIVED IN!!!!!!!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT RESIGN WITH LEGACY POINT...........lets all comment on

I am currently here but my lease isnt up until May unfortunately. So when you tried to renew your rent shot up $125? Did you break your lease to live? Please email me if you can psyche_1913@yahoo.com
