Not bad for new students of UTA who wanna save some money with 2 bedroom.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
It's close to UTA. Nice to new comers who have no cars. Not too expensive for two bedroom, but costly for one bed. Kind of old, but acceptable.
