Avoid it as much as you can. Management is uncooperative and mean-spirited. They run their business like it is some kind of lock down facility and tennants are some juveniles. There're plenty of other places to rent around UTA. O, forget about your deposittoo. They give the 10% back to tennants who have rented from them for several years and never once asked to have the carpet changed or wall repainted etc.
