It's a nice apartment to stay in the vicinity of UTA. With all-bill-paid, it is a considerable saving for the tenants, considering the skyrocketing utility bills. Although the construction is relatively old, but the parking is ample and the pool is absolutely a pro. The space of the 2 bedroom unit I lived with my wife for seven years is big enough to stock all of our old stuffs.

The maintanence is very efficient and could not be complainted. Usually, the problem will be solved the same day you call the office if the request is made before early afternoon. The office staff is more friendly and helpful than that we stayed in another apartment. They speak English, Mandarine Chinese and Taiwanese.

If you want to find an affordable apartment with acceptable living quality in walking distance from UTA campus, this apartment is definite a good candidate worth to pay a visit and move in.
