Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
It is a nice place to live especially for student, 15 mins walk to UTA campus, although the apartment is kinda of old. But maintains is good, a lot of space for parking. This apartment has electronic gate. Manager is nice too.
It is a safe place, I have a lot of friends live here, I've never heard who's car is damaged or who's room is broke in since I moved in a year ago.
The air-conditioner in my apartment is a little noisy, I don't know whether this condition is also apply to others.
They don't have discount for students, at least for 2008.
