1. You can t find the manager whenever you have the needs. Although he said he transfers the apt phone to his own cell phone (I don't know if it is true or not), you still can t find him because his voice-mail box is FULL!!! I can understand his absence if he is sick, however, he should assign a proctor since his absence has been almost over one month.

2. There are two front entrance doors (for pedestrians). One of them has problems all the time. The residents can not open it because the PIN doesn t work at all (but the PIN does work well in the other door). Therefore, some residents try to keep it unlocked. This is very dangerous. Maybe it is why the robbery occurred last week. (BTW, the manager said he would spread out the announcement in his response to someone's complaint in this Website, however, I haven't got any announcement. I am also the resident here.)

3. He just raises the rent. However, his service doesn't enhance but even becomes worse. I am waiting for my contract due and definitely will move out of this apartment.

4. Not recommend at all!!!

P.S. Manager, I hope you can see this, because I've been looking for you for very long time (at least one month) and can't catch you.

wow two negative ratings in a week, ya'll must be teaming up on me... jennifer4141, sorry to hear that, the voice mail box for the office has not been set up yet since our recent switch in telephone companies. but the only way you would have recieved the voice mail box full messege is if you called me on 11/20/08. so please dont slander me if you don't know if what your saying is true or not. the north side walk in door issue will be fixed as soon as possible. and raising the rent was not my decision.
