Building is old, there's nothing you can do about it.

A lot of parking space, when my friends come over, they don't have to park far away.

It is very quiet most of time.

Old building always have a lots of problems, but they fix it ASAP.

Price is cheap and all bill pay.

Some people complain about the heater doesn't turn on in winter that is not true. AC is center control, so they have to change it when most of people need it. They can't just turn on the heater when you feel cold and everyone else feel hot. I think every apartment is like that, not just Linda Vista.

I have been living here for couple years and I like it.
I think this apartment is worthy with what I pay, If it's not worthy, i wouldn't live here.
