I lived at Central Park for 1 year. I had water leaking from my ceiling and caused it to deteriorate and became a real problem. For 5 months I tried to get these people to fix it.....and it was never done. The day I went in and turned in my 30 day notice to vacate the apartments.....they all of the sudden could fix my problem. Im telling you.....they suck, and I do not know how they have such a high rating.....probably because its in the ghetto and nobody there thinks to get online to fill these things out. Seriously. This is fair warning. DO NOT RENT THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

I agree. Terrible customer service. They will not fix anything. They just give excuses like "just wait, 60 days from now it will look really great."
