New Management is terrible

We were without hot water for seven days because they did not follow proper city maintenance procedures. We have holes in our screened windows, making them unusable. We have a big block of ice in our refrigerator. They will not replace it. We complain, they give excuses and tell us to put our complaint in writing and their supervisors will contact us. It has been 4 weeks, and we have not heard anything yet.

This was true in May but things have gotten a lot better since. They still have work to do but things should be on-par by this fall. See my review "Getting better every month, hold off until late Fall if you can" for info.
