They just recently painted the apartments on the outside to make them look pretty nice. When I first moved in I had a problem with a mouse and 2 days after I called the manager, the problem was solved, I think it was great. I haven't seen Mr. Rat since. I had a problem with ants and crickets too, maintence also cleared those problems really quick. It's a really nice place to live if you don't like living around a lot of people. There are a few problems I have with the apartments those, which are the reasons I am leaving once my lease is up on the 22nd. I live in the first apartment and I never have the ability to park in front of my own apartment, I'm usually parking 5 or 6 spaces away, so if something happens to my car, I'm out of luck. The hot water in the shower does not last very long at all maybe a minute and a half at the most plus the water really doesn't get hot at all. The last serious problem I have is the squirrels in the roof. They run through the roof all night long while you are trying to sleep. Besides that, be careful with the people who live in the lofts behind you because the guy who lived behind me played loud spanish music all night long and I lost so much sleep because of it. The cabinets are pretty old and my burners on my stove shocked the crap out of me but with those problems fixed, these lofts are pretty cool. Be blessed

Yes ghetto people do inhabit this property. I was told that it was mostly college students and was definately misinformed. I am still trying to figure out how so many people can live in one of those lofts.
