These apartments were recently sold to an absentee landlord. The property management company, Wyatt, is completely unresponsive, uncommunitive, and the manager is frequently rude.

They will not do basic maintenance such as sweeping the atrium, taking out the trash, and cleaning the onsite laundry facilities.

In the four months since the apts were sold, it has been an absolute nightmare!

The police are called an average of 3 times a week. This is not condusive to maintaining a peaceful home environment.

Mesa has been reported numerous times to Arlington City Code Enforcement and has received code violations each time.

They are cheap though.

DON'T LIVE HERE!

By the way, I've not late nor ever have been with my rent.

This person forgot to add the Chiller unit has gone down 3 or 4 times and almost every apartment has cockroaches.

he is true the manager is a b**** she will not give the apt owner info to report her. she has change my locks and kept my stuff just because a person broke into my place while i was out of town. landlord has pms.

I've lived here for 5 1/2 years and all the statements are true except the roaches. They did have a problem with them but it's taken care of now. When the property sold to a new landlord the place went to hell. The A/C is down 2 to 3 days a weeks it seems... The only reason I stay here is the All bills paid part, but I'm not sure how much more of this I can take.... The Rent is $495 for 1 bdrm and $395 for Eff.
