The first time we lived here, years ago, they were ok. Then when we wanted to move back the ----ED us over. The people who work in the office were so cracked out they we shaking!! Seriously. And when you have nothing you have nothing to lose. They proved that to be true! They tried to give us an apt filled with mold and the fridge had maggots and nat. Also, the dishwasher was all rusted and had nats too. The apt was not painted or cleaned there was old dirty carpet and the baseboards had a huge layers of dirt on them. Doornob were missing, doors didnt shut, the bathroom didnt have cabinet doors. The was black mold in the air vents and bathroom we have samples to prove that it wasnt just dust like they said. They gave me the option to move in early so I sadi why not then blamed me that the apt was not ready b/c I asked to move early. I didnt ask for ---- my other lease wasnt even up til the end of the month I just said yes b/c they offered. Also I paid my deposit and half the rent early to get the downstairs apt they promised me and they gave it away. Longstory short they wont give me my money back even the rent I paid for an apt I didnt even spend one night ine and now they want money from me b/c my buddy opened a cabinet and it broke they said they had to get new cabinets but I know they ------- painted over it like they did the black mold and everything else. Just dont live here there are alot of apts in Arlington please dont let these crackheads screw you over.
