Mustang Creek Apartments

did not like it From: ryanandbecca1 Date posted: 7/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Lived in both two and three bedroom apartments. The first apartment was ok. Had a bunch of collage kids that partied all night. Nothing was ever done about that. Even though the cops were call on many occasions. The Kitchen is very nice. So is the livingroom. Hard to cool and heat because of upstairs and down. I also found ants to be a problem. We then moved to a three bedroom. Had problems from the day we moved in. Took months to finally get moved in because of electrical problems. Had to get the meter replaced then inspected. The doors were not even on when we moved in. AC unit insulation was just hanging open so we were losing all our heat and AC. It was taped up for us several times but never properly fixed. flooring coming up had to have parts replaced and it was replaced when we moved in. Our biggest problem however was. We were right in front of one of the three dumpsters and when it got full people still just placed bag on the ground. By the time it was to be emptied the bags would be ripped open by cats and dogs. Trash would be everywhere just blowing around and nothing was ever done about it. While I lived there we had three different managers. Not the worst but not the best either. About the largest you can get in Arlington though. so space was good. I do miss that and the kitchen. I really miss the size of the kitchen. my noise rating is bad because we lived on the back wall and the franscians noise is terrible. Mustang Creek it self was fairlu quiet.
