Great for the Price!

Northwood Place is a great place to live in North Arlington. The complex is located about 10 minutes from UTA. Most of the time it was pretty quiet. Many families with children live here. I paid $420 ($230 below market value) for a nice size 1/1 apartment. Electricty was never over $50 and water was never over $30. For the price, you can't find a better apartment in town.
