I have been a model resident at this apartment community for over a year. Upon the expiration of my lease contract I experienced poor customer service and the worst case of discrimination I have ever seen. After an agreement was finalized regarding my move out date an employee called me back after realizing she had made a mistake, I went in to speak with her and a co-worker regarding this matter as I already had plans in place to move into another apartment. During the conversation I was yelled at, TOLD to listen and eventually had the police called on me. Over the next 24 hours the phone was hung up on me over ten times and I was told not to call anymore. My girlfriend whom I share the apartment with went into the office to review our apartment file and when she said the apartment number the employee immediately called the on site police officer. When he arrived she began to talk indirectly and loud. She threw the lease contract at her and when the police officer recommended that she step outside to regain her professionalism she said Yes, I better walk outside before something happens . We feel that anywhere we pay rent we should be able to sit down with anyone in the office to discuss such matters without threats of having law enforcement called on us.
