This is my second time as a resident of Northwood place apartments. When I moved back in recently in July . They was trying to move me in apartment that was soiled with unrine from the previous resident. I advised of the situation and they had 4 men come in the next day and put down brand new carpet. Secondly the men who put down the carpet knocked the ceiling fan down and left. I come back a week later to move and discovered the situation I notified the maintenance man and the manager at first they were slow but advised they needed to investigate the did . The ordered me a new ceiling fan and even let me pick it out. They allowed me to move in and have the first months rent free due to the inconvenience. I hadn't seen the manager since I moved in and she remembered my name. I would have to say this apartment has the best manager. I agree they go through staff quite often but this is a community place and they schedule community stuff for you and your kids.. I say go for it.

I have since moved from Northwood Place and would have to say I am still pleased with the property. No surprised bills when I moved out. If I didn't purchase a home I would still be there.
