First of all when I moved hear it was because I was told that the pet weight kimit was 80lbs 2 weeks after I move in start getting lease violations for my pet being over 25lbs. Also we were shown the apartment before signing the lease and it wasnt quite finished the bath tub needed to be resurfaced because it was rusted orangy looking needless to say the bathtub was resurfaced while were moving our stuff in yet they didnt think o fix the problem causing the rusty bathtub which was a a/c drip or should I say a/c waterfall there was not drip to it...2 weeks later guess what our bathtub is orange all over again...then around the end of october during a storm something fell through our roof leaving a hole in our bedroom ceiling I called after hours maitenance and RAY said it was not an emergency and he wouldnt come till Monday it was a Saturday night when this happened...Well Monday came and all they did was put a peice of wood over the hole... and said contractors would be out to repair the hole...all the while my heat and money is seeping right out of this hole...well another couple weeks went by with no repairs made so I called DELIA and asked her what was going on she tells me that they couldnt repair my roof until someone elses roof had a hole too because it would be to expensive to have them come fix just one roof...You gotta be ------- kidding me...so I waited and waited matter of fact it was after Christmas when they came...THIS HAPPENED IN OCTOBER...after all this I tried not to complain to much because I am an assistant manager for an apt complex and I know what the people in the office go through...then the maintenence man came to do some repairs again in Jan and when he left all of the sudden my husbands PS2 game is missing it was there the night before gone the next night the maintenence were the only people in our apt...I called delia and filed a police report DELia said she would call me back and never did...Now I have had it well this past saturday It was around 6pm and me and husband were doing some cleaning while listening to some music mind u you could not hear the music when standing outside the front door...there was a knock at the door and it was the courtesy officer he asked my husband to turn the music down which we did but after thinking about what time it was and that it was a Sat i became very upset...Why should I turn my music down when the kids at the pool scream much louder than my music and the people who live behind us beat eachother up and argue over myspace...and then the courtesy officer who is sleeping with the leasing consultant took it upon himself to say that there we animals in our apt when I told them when I moved in I kept my moms schnauzer on the weekends and they said that was fine...Now they are charing me $100 unauthorized animal fee and Delia's reasoning for it is my neighbors said I have animals in my apt which is hear say mind u...She is refusing to reverse the fee I am moving out on July 21st less than a month and these people want to start harrassing me now after all they have put me through...How about they concess my account for my outrageous electric bills during there "2 mth roof repair" and that should take care of there ------- unauthorized animal fee...Delia needs to get her head out of her ass and think before she speaks u cant charge someone a fee based off hear say You have to see the animal in the apt dumb ass which she did not...and she refuses to walk my apt to see if I have a animal in there...what a dumb ass...once again do not move here it is horrible try Springfield at Ballpark Way or Hunter's Point both great communities
