I have lived here for about one year and I love it. I have had the chance to get to know some of my neighbors and they love it too. If I have a problem the management staff is quick to fix it. I have had to call to have someone look at my toilet and the maintenance guy was there in about 30 minutes. When I go to pay my rent, the office staff knows my name and asks how my children are doing in school. To top it off the place is pretty. There are a lot of trees and the pool is well kept. It is quiet, even on the weekends. I have never had a problem that wasn't fixed beyond my expectations and I find it hard to believe anyone else has.
