The apartment themselves are not too bad just a little old. All the screens on my windows have fallen off and the bathtub has been peeling since I moved in. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. The pool always seems to be closed for maintence. Over half of the washers and dryers do not work yet there are no signs, so you do not realize until you put money in. The sprinkerlers are always broken and spraying everywhere but the grass. They spray all the cars and the street and flood it. The apartments would not be that bad if the managment were capable and did their jobs.

Maybe, since you have been living here so long, you can explain: "Why are we paying at least $8-12 a month on gas when none of our utilities run on gas? Oh, by the way, if you are such a smart ass counselor, how come your grammar is so f@#$ed up?

You have totally proven just how ignorant you really are, ANONYMOUS. (Your too scared to even respond with your name...you're a joke!) Your natural gas question shows your not working with a whole lot in your box! You pay $8 a month for your "natural" gas? I would be glad to trade bills with you. I pay $8 for trash removal. (Unfortunately, your still here!) You're so dumb! How do you think we have hot water here? Does it just get hot by itself? Maybe you really do think that...lmao!!!! My grammer is what it is because I am human, and they don't have spell chick on here. lol!!!!
