We have been living here since July and can't say anything bad about it, management is helpful, community is safe, parking is good - never had any problems. Neighbors are just great (maybe we are lucky'''), no issues.
great location - across the park and close to the stores on Collins and Lamar.
Overall comparing to the other places I would rate it higher than average, if you are looking for the budget apartment - 720 a month for 2b/2b 1020 sq feet apt. (if you are up for luxury - there's another complex right here, with all fancy stuff) I would say that it's OK for the money, nothing fancy (can pay another 80 a month and live here in remodeled rooms) but if you don't care for fancy, just usual convenience - it;s fine.
Another thing is that they are THE ONLY ONES in the area that do short time lease, most places that have that are just a crummy dumpsters. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

So, I called the city of Arlington and they did score a 60 in last years inspection, but fixed what needed to be fixed and passed. The city of Arlington will tell you that it is very common for apartments to correct problems within the grace period. IF they failed, this place would be shut down, dumb a**! Did you check this years? I did when I verified you BS above. Wow they passed. You pay for what you get here. Rent is very reasonable and the property was built in 1979. What do you expect. I agree with the original review! You are a loser who responded.

Can't agree more with the Mosley1on1. We are not saying the place is paradise, but at least you get what you pay for. It's old, that's right, and if someone needs new and nice - there are "townhomes" right across the fence, no problem. I can see it from my window actually. Pay more and live in luxury - who argues??? For some people - including me- every dollar counts. And also - it's my personal review based on my personal experience. I saw "nicer" apartments who offered less for the bigger money, that's why I wanted to post this review.

The age of the apartment is not in question, the lack of upkeep, and the bitchy rude ----- in the office are the other problem. Don't move here unless you like to deal with a bunch of ------- for a management team. They don't give a damn and they lie and do not do their jobs. The are lazy and so is the maintenance. They constantly lie, and tell you excuses for not getting your issues fixed. I just fix issues myself because I can't depend on them. I would rather pay the money out of my pocket than even step foot in the office.
