Anonymous, I'm sorry that you are so unhappy here. Please feel free to come by my office so that we can discuss the issues that you feel we have failed you on. Our job is to serve our residents. But it's extremely difficult to do, if residents do not communicate with our office and simply choose to post on sites such as these. Nothing can be done to rectify the solution. Every property manager wants HAPPY residents! :-)
What can we do to make that happen' Help us, help you.....

Being in property management for many years you come across many different people and one thing that we learn in this business is to have high integrity, do your best, treat people with respect and serve them well.... and the BIGGY... to realize that you "can't please all of the people, all of the time." This doesn't mean - Stop trying to exceed expectations, quite the contrary, but know that there will always be people who will find reason not to be happy - no matter what.

Anonymous - If you choose to come in and talk, that'd be great, we'll be happy to get you taken care of!! :-) If you choose NOT to...... that will also be your choice, but to continue to not be helped and complain to those who can do nothing to help you.... sad choice...

PS - No more negativity! In the famous words of a Dear Friend..."BE HAPPY TO US!!!" :-)
