In response to your comments -

This is the first that we have heard that there was an issue with the machine weights - if you do not report these items, it is difficult to address.

You are correct in that the free weights are missing. We had a full set, and unfortunately people have chosen to help themselves to them and removed them from the center. They will not be replaced due to that issue, there is too much cost involved in replacing each time a set comes up missing. It's unfortunate that a few people who have chosen not the do the right thing, ruin it for our entire community.

In regards to the apartment up front that "looks like it caught fire and has been boarded up for way to long" - We posted a notice on the bulletin board which notified our community of what had transpired. It appears that you did not see or read the notice. So I will post here what happened.

A non-resident had a diabetic seizure / blackout,lost control of their vehicle and ran into our building - we were very fortunate that no one was injured.
If it were only in our hands, we could have had contractors here and had it repaired as quickly as possible, unfortunately, there's more involved, - inspections, surveys, permits etc.... all which involve the City of Arlington. So the time involved in repairing this unit.... is not entirely in our hands. Hope this helps.

Typically pest control is out on a different building each week. You pay monthly for pest control, so if you need pest control to come to your home every week until your issue has cleared - All you need to do is contact our office and will will be happy to get you on that schedule - remember though, you need to call,or drop us a note in the rent drop, we do not automatically know that you are still having an issue.

Unsupervised children.... Hmm..... letters continously are being sent out - You are right, they should ALWAYS have adult supervision when at the pool area.

Pool being closed'' - Only if we have repairs to do, we'd hate for our residents to be in there, if it's not working properly, or chemicals aren't set properly for swimming, we're only looking out for our residents.

Parking has never been an issue, or at least this is the first I've heard that it is.... inoperable / abandoned vehicles left on property..... there are steps we must follow prior to having vehicle towed....I completely understand the inconvenience of inoperable vehicles being left on site. It's a hassle for us as well, to have to try to locate owners, mail certified letters, etc.... just to have this vehicle towed off of our community. It's definitely an inconvenience for us ALL!! :-(

Time Warner issue - the cost is @ a very reduced rate of $33 per month - which is great for extended basic service you get other services @ a discounted rate! Pretty good deal!!

Renter's Insurance - Is for everyone's propection! - What if you accidently started a fire and burnt down your apartment or the entire building' Your renter's insurance should protect you from damage you may have caused and your belongings. - It's a great thing- if you purchase a house, you have to have homeowner's insurance. Renter's insurance is simply protecting the home you currently have.

We have one of the best maintenance teams around! I'm sorry you have had issues. again, if you do not communicate with our office, it makes it difficult to serve you as best we can.

If our CARES TEAM accidently missed your apartment on A/C filter change day.... Just call us (817) 261-6674.... we'll be happy to change that for you....

The fact that you say the apartment is cheap and that is an advantage, you can find MANY apartments that are much less expensive than we are..... I'd hope that is not the only reason that you continue to stay with us....

Remember you can call us, drop a note in the rent drop or email us @ any time with anything that might need to be addressed in your home. We are here to take great care of our residents, but we can't do that if they fail to communicate with us!

I think I've addressed most, if not all of your issues, hope to hear from you soon, so that we can get you taken care of.

Then you can post how happy you are to live here! and what a great job we did taking care of you!! AND the price is great too!! :-)
