I have lived here for 7 months and I think it is great here.
All of my maintenance issues have always been handled promptly. The maintenance guy is awesome! He has fixed my a/c twice now and even stayed very late in the evening once fixing it and making sure it was running properly.
The grounds are well kept and it is a very quiet community.
It has far exceeded my expectations!!
