well i thought i had updated this thing but i see it didnt take effect so ill just do it over, plus its time for my next update..... Had some problems with roaches at first but i dont have the problem anymore, maybe it was because the place was vacant for a certain amount a time, but when i brought my issue to to the complex they were on it and they still are. they are very prompt with any issues. anytime i do a work order the maintenance guys are there the same day. you cant get any better than that. Ionly really deal nwith vicky cuz shes on top of everything and very easy to talk to, not sayin anyone else isnt it just seem sto make your day go better talkin to her. she always has really good cookies ready to go and i can always top it off with their hot chocalate or many varieties of coffee to go with it. can u believe they have milky way flavored coffee' anyways its very quiet around here. wallas are a lil thin but i think you get that everywhere but the neighbors are really nice. parking is great. only thing id say which is my personal preference is i dont like all of the landscaping cuz i dont like bugs and the more shrubs or bushes etc there is than the more insects, but hey thats somethin i know im ---- about and i can get over. but everything is great and if u have any questions just ask. oh the apartments at least mine is so spascious. again any questions just ask or ask vicky she is very honest and upfront. wish we could have a community get together/social or somethin because i have been seeing some nice eye candy around here....yes im married but as i said, eye candy.

well i had problems with the roaches but i dont anymore. if you let the office know they will keep spraying everyweek. my electric bill is between 66 and 110 so, i dont see whats going on with your electric bill. um i dont have leaking or anything falling apart. i am good with service requests and the maintenance guy usually comes same day if i have an issue. they spray every wednesday. almost everyone is having the water issue i think which yes that does suck. and i do feel your frustration cuz that was how i felt when i first moved in. i am bug a phobic. also with the bug thing get the baby protectors for the outlets so nothing comes through there. patch up holes etc. sucks but u gotta do what u gotta do.

I hate these apartments. There were roaches everywhere when I moved in. I had to put out my own roach bombs and combat all over to try and get rid of them. They constantly have the hot water off "working on the lines" because they are broke. They are definetely not energy efficient. We always turn the lights and AC off and our bill was 300.00 bucks last month. I kid you not. Everything leaks and falls apart. You dont save money by living here. You make up for it in the electric bill. These apartments were built in the 70's and have not been updated at all.
