I moved here out of desperation for a "roof over my head" after a separation last year. The new ownership that took over the place almost a year ago has great expectations for the place, but it's just not a very good place to live (yet). The remodeling is going slowly -- I've lived there since last summer and have seen little-to-no progress. Maintenance comes off as lazy. I've had a hole in my roof since November that they still haven't fixed (leading to water dripping into a computer), an air conditioner/heater unit that requires maintenance on average every six weeks, and the knob to my front door needing repair since the day I moved in. Also, if you live on the third floor as I do, any time it rains, water collects in deep puddles along the walkway directly in front of each door, causing unbelievable amounts of mud and water to be tracked into the apartment. The neighbors are loud, and you can even see some of them standing under a streetlight in the parking lot doing drugs.
