I missed Elaine and Holly, when they left the management went to crap and are still crap. They don't know your name like the old management and don't seem to care about their residents.
We were never told about our upgrade package. We lived a whole year in an apartment with a child and no overhead fans, it was either constantly hot or constantly cold, no middle ground because there was no way to circulate the air.
When we moved out we asked that someone walk through the apartment with us, no one would. They told us we'd get our reconciliation document in the mail, we received it on Monday and the it was due Friday. When I called and informed them that we had already had the carpets cleaned and that they could talk to the guy who did it they told me they wouldn't talk to him because he wasn't on our lease and that they were going to clean the carpets again anyways.
Bottom line, I'm glad I moved.

I completely agree with this person.... the staff can be so rude at times. they refused to explain my reconciliation document to me even though it was completely wrong!
