I lived there for apx 3 years in two different units - the first was a 1bed 1bath. It was your normal looking apt w/scenic view into the yard. My AC unit didn't work
but they came out and fixed it on a SUNDAY! My washer and dryer quit working and they replaced it w/in 24 hours. I liked the place so much I moved to a bigger apt.
The office staff (Shelley) and the maintenance guy (Rudy) were terriffic. Unfortunately the staff was replaced by some uncaring and even hateful people.

I woke up one night wtih water dripping on my head (my roof was leaking) - They guarantee a 24 hour maintenance turn around or your rent is abated for the time period its not repaired. WRONG!!!! I spend the next six months trying to get it fixed! I did however get a a brand new stove and microwave to appease me. My heater went out two days before Christmas, the new staff decided to "wait" until after the holiday to have it repaired. (thank goodness for the fireplace!) The hot tub was ALWAYS broke! The neighbors across the parking lot partied all night from Thur - Sunday!

I can say I NEVER had any theft problems and for the most part felt safe - even without any security gates!

However, When the old staff left I should have left too!

I have found everything to be great here. I will be leaving soon but only for the need of more space. My electric was never over 180 for the 1000= sq footage it is good. only on small occasions have my nieghbors been loud. Maintance has always done thier best to get everything fixed quickly. My unit has a nice big new ac unit.
