Good for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   A roommate and I had a seven-month lease here. We only had a couple of maintenance requests and the maintenance man is fairly prompt and courteous... and happens to know all the dogs in the complex. If you rent here or anywhere I recommend you get renter's insurance immediately. I wasn't there too long but I can honestly say I liked it, and the staff. It wasn't perfect, but no place is.
