I have made several complaints about noise and the management seems to do nothing about it nor do they care. If you do not like to hear people having sex, dogs barking, or roaches DO NOT move here. Most of the staff are friendly but don't let friendly fool you. The rent amount may seems nice but you get what you pay for.

It's funny, but I lived here for two years, and I never had a single problem like yours. When I had a problem at the first of this year, the office personell bent over backwards to help me out. I saw ants, and they sent pest control straight out. Never saw any roaches in my apartment. Yes, there are dogs on this property, but I'm a pet owner myself, and it's NOT the property's fault if someone didn't train their pet properly. Don't blame them.
And quite honestly, if you absolutely do not want to hear a peep out of your neighbors, you should live in a house in the country. If you're living in apartments, you're bound to get loud neighbors once in a while. We ALL have to deal with it from time to time in ANY apartment, no matter how nice.
