I've been living at Oak Forest for three and a half years and am looking to move because the rent is going way up. That's my only major complaint about the place. The place seems pretty safe. It can be a little noisy at times - loud music in cars, people outside late on weekends, etc, but it's not too bad most times. The staff is friendly and pretty helpful. Maintenance is prompt. Bugs are not a major problem. Just wish prices stopped going up so much.
