Hello. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I can't WAIT til I move out of here. These apartments are the WORST. They are roach-infested. The fat lady at the front, Mary, she does nothing all day nor will she ever help you. She's too busy getting the GOODS off of the Mission Arlington trucks to herself. Mary NEVER communicates with the Manager Jose. We've had a leak in the ceiling for almost 1 year. We told them back in August 2004 and they JUST came to fix it not too long ago. They're wierd way of fixing things is ignoring the MAIN problem. Our ceiling leaked because of our sky-light and therefore we got a new living room fan and new blinds. They NEVER fixed our leak!! Theres constant noise & LOUD music. You can hear GUN SHOTS at night and during the day time. People drive crazy and not respect the speed limit nor the children in this hell-hole. Theres constant people coming in from outside that are not residents and asking everyone and anyone if they know where to get a certain DRUG mainly crack. If you get an eviction notice, they give you ONLY 48 hours to move which is totally ILLEGAL. They also put a BOOT on your door to prevent you from getting your things. I was notified by cops that the BOOT is ILLEGAL. They don't do credit checks nor process your application. Therefore they are constantly housing ILLEGALS. The patio area is a piece of ----. These apartments, Oak Square, should either be bought out and renovated or torn down. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!

You say "illegals" like its a bad thing. From what you are saying is that "illegals" aren't the problems you stupid -----, its the drug addicts.
