This place is a scam! ONE DAY late on rent will cost you an extra $100--yes, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Water has been shut off NUMEROUS times while they dig up lines, often with virtually no notice. Cars broken into, drugs, noisy, wrecked cars in lot, ANTS EVERYWHERE, laundry machines frerquently broken, you get the idea.

Never seen the laundry machines broken, never had a problems with ants (maybe if you cleaned it might help), never had a break in. If you would have read your lease you would have known what the late fees are (and they aren't a $100 for one day, lets be real here). Been here longer than you stayed, and it's a perfectly nice place to live.
