This place is a scam! ONE DAY late on rent will cost you an extra $100--yes, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($50 late fee losing your $50 "bonus" on rent). Water has been shut off NUMEROUS times while they dig up lines, often with virtually no notice. Cars broken into, drugs, stereos blasting rap music at all hours of the night, wrecked cars in lot for months, ANTS EVERYWHERE despite scrubbing the place with bleach, laundry machines frequently broken, you get the idea.

There is a management shill that replies to this post. For the record, I am a microbiologist and am very aware of bacteria and viruses. Food was not left out, the place was scrubbed clean, and IT STILL DIDN'T MATTER. Brand new, unopened boxes had to be kept in the refrigerator or else they would get swarmed!

Never seen the laundry machines broken, never had a problems with ants (maybe if you cleaned it might help), never had a break in. If you would have read your lease you would have known what the late fees are (and they aren't a $100 for one day, lets be real here). Been here longer than you stayed, and it's a perfectly nice place to live.
