We've been here almost 3 years. Yes, there have been unpleasant incidents, where aren't there' Things have improved greatly in the time we've been here. In 2005 when we moved in it seemed we had made a huge error and couldn't wait to move (almost broke our lease). But over the months it got better and hasn't been any worse than any apartment living. There certainly are some much worse.
