I have lived here for 9 months and absolutely hate it. I lived in my previous complex for 6 years. The manager flat out lied to me to get me to move in. We are now on our 4th manager since I have been here. This place was rather exclusive because of all the checks they ran (credit, criminal, rental, employment, they did them all). Now the focus is on renting apartments and they are letting pretty much anyone in. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance.
