Used to be great, now it's not! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I have lived her for over 2 years. When I moved in it was GREAT! The manager had been here for over 5 years, was the manager for a friend of mine who'd lived there years before. I was SO happy when I first moved in, and for the first year after it. Then he left, unannounced, unreported, unknown to us, our great manager left. In the next year we had over 5 managers who let the property go to heck! Dave was so wonderful and treated the property and tennants with such respect, really made it a community. Then the new managers just focus on renting the property and not making sure the tennants are a good fit to the neighborhood. (Don't read "race" here...that's not it....read "loud, abnoxious, younger, etc") Having a "pool party" with "live music" is not what this place is about. One of the manager had planned an event like this, and the POLICE actually had to be called by several tennants to shut down a party that NO ONE went to and was so loud and disruptive. This is the type of management we have now, management that doesn't understand the community wants/needs. My A/C went out 4 times in one summer. After the final time, they finally replaced my A/C unit.
