Get out while you can From: higherstandards Date posted: 9/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This complex was wonderful when I moved there last yr. The Office Staff was polite and the Maintainence Man was v. on top of things! Since then things have gone downhill. Staff is complacent to let be and maintainence is overlooked. Getting things fixed takes so long it is rarely worth it, and there are bugs!! Seriously it took maintainence four trips to fix a burnt out spotlight. Many long time residents are now fleeing bc the prop. is heading downhill fast.
