As the previous review said, I waited four months to write a review so that I would know the Oaks a little better. I have to say that I really like it here. The neighborhood (and neighbors) are very quiet. The walls are well-insulated so that I only hear the folks below me if a door is slammed or the water is running. I'm even by the pool and it's rarely noisy enough for me to even notice it!
Carlos is wonderful about fixing every problem right and right away. He's very nice, and is always cheerful.
Sandi is an excellent apartment manager. She also takes care of problems right away, not that I've had much. Sandi, don't ever leave!!
Best of all, my place looks nice and I feel safe.
Whatever problems have been here in the past have certainly been fixed.
